Lunch
This is leftover salisbury steak with mustard, pepper jack, and spring greens on a kaiser roll. I also spread a tiny bit of cream cheese on the bun because I was worried it would get soaked.
Turns out I didn't need to worry, as it really wasn't super moist like I worried, so I actually wish I'd gone a little crazier with the mustard or maybe even other condiments. This is good, though.

Ejection seat
Stayed in bed a couple of extra hours because I have a headache that eight
ibuprofen hasn't killed completely. No, I didn't take all eight at once.

I made dinner
These wraps are made with flank steak, tomatoes, and lettuce. One's got olive hummus, the other's got roasted red pepper spreadable cheese. Garrett chose to have both with the cheese, and he was right to make that choice, it's way better.
The fries have bacon salt on them.

People go to bullfights to watch a bull be killed for fun. This practice may be falling out of favor, with 60 percent of Spaniards now saying they disapprove. However, I don't see any older polls cited.
