I decided to do a little check to make sure my bag was in order and figured I may as well do the famous meme. Clockwise from top left:
My bag itself, which I love, though I should have invested in a model (with the same pattern) that has more pockets. Water bottle, camera, and card reader (reads all sizes, really handy, especially once you can't find the cord that fits the camera). Baseball cap in case it rains, iPod cord, t-shirt I walked in today, and running tights (wrapped up inside). Emergency money in the form of dollar bills, mostly there in case someone needs bus fare. Sunglasses, keys, RuPaul's Drag U shopping bag, some gum just in case. I rarely chew gum any more even though I used to all day every day. And finally, Kindle and case.
I also usually have an anorak in there as well, but I didn't put it back in after the last time I hung it up to dry.

April so far
I decided I'd like to do a there-and-back walk on Fridays and
Saturdays if possible. Today was pretty brutal. I got pretty wet, and
had an extra shirt on so I got way too warm on the way back up. Oy.

This morning's awesome walk
Even harder and further than yesterday's. Just when I thought I
couldn't go any further, I suddenly got that final burst I needed and
felt great.
I figured out that I'm able to track it on the phone, then sign into
the website and make the route snap to the roads. Perfect. I'm not
going to bother tracking the typical Monday-Thursday ones, because
they're the same every time. You can probably tell on that calendar
that I posted that I just copied those three walks over and over.

He made breakfast this morning. He knows I like eggs over hard but that I
also like runny yolks, so he cooked the whites separately first and then
added the yolks on top later. Brilliant.
