Omelet with pesto and mozzarella, baby carrots, english muffin with (I can't believe it's not) butter, one half with Tajin Clasico, the other half with bacon salt.
If I could do it over, I wouldn't cook the omelete in olive oil because there's also olive oil in the pesto. I'd also swap the fake butter on the english muffins out with cream cheese.
The Tajin was also a bit much, but I'd like to try it with cream cheese before swearing it off as a bread condiment.
